Keep us on our toes

I have to say, the most life-giving people that I find to be around these days are those who keep me wondering what side of the political spectrum they’re on. Due to the current polarized state of our populace, I’m thirsty for nuance.

I know that when I cling to party politics too strongly on the left or right, I get blinded by self-rightness and close myself off to so much.

I become so... predictable.

I'm enjoying those who keep me on my toes. Those who can take a both/and approach to politics. Who blur the lines.

In today's political climate, it's just... refreshing.
