A Blessing

I want to share this blessing with you. It’s my most favorite blessing that our pastors say at the end of mass and it’s become absolutely central to my faith. I hope it brings you rest and rejuvenation as it does for me. Please feel free to share it with whomever you think needs it…

Life is short, and we do not have too much time
to gladden the hearts of those who travel the way with us.
So be swift to love, and make haste to be kind,
and the blessing of the Triune God
who made us and loves us and goes before us
be upon you and all those whom you love,
this day and always. Amen.
