I hope this missive finds you well and warm this fine autumnal Sunday eve (yes, I’m late in getting this out - do forgive me). We dropped below freezing here in the Sierras last night and have the trusty wood stove going in full force. I just rented my skis and installed a ski rack on the family wagon (yes, I’m far too cheap to actually buy skis - thems bad boys are expensive!).
Below are some links and things that you might enjoy along with last week’s posts. But the first thing I want to share is a beautiful piece that my wife Alex wrote for our very small local paper. She wrote it as an anonymous ‘letter to the editor’ in response to all the goings on (so don’t tell anyone that you know in Loyalton, CA that she wrote it, okay). But it’s just so beautiful and you might find that it applies to your situation wherever you are…
