The ego is what we made. It is the extension of who we think we are in response to our wounds and insecurities. It’s a product of fear. 

Christ is what God made.
It is the extension of who God is: pure grace. 

Our true identity is and can only be the latter.

True worship is the repetitive practice of ending the ego’s reign by remembering, responding to, and re-establishing our identity in Christ. 

In pure, utter belovedness.
