Guilt isn’t an outmoded emotion from churched days of lore. It’s actually a very useful one, to a certain degree. Sometimes it’s a massive undeserved gift when we become terrified of ourselves and the hurt that we’re capable of to both self and others.
Jonas, in all honesty, I have always had a problem with the concept of guilt. The Church and my parents certainly 'did a number on me' with that one in the earlier days of my life. But when I came into my own, I realized that it had to be connected with the concept of sin... and of being a sinner. I've made a lot of mistakes due to naivete, lack of knowledge, or having and expressing human emotions --- but that's what being a human on this Earth planet is all about.:. responding to the gamut of human experiences brought into our lives for our growth and evolution. Sorry, that's just my thought for the day.
