One thing I often get twisted is when I see my own effort as the source of my provision. Scripture tells me over and over again that God is the giver of bread. It’s not my glory that God needs - it’s God’s glory that I need. God works with and through the unspectacular and common. God’s molding clay is the flawed, imperfect, and inadequate parts of my life. God takes the seemingly mundane and fills it with God’s glory.
