“Advent is a season to slow down and notice.” Amen. It’s easy to get swept up in the frenetic pace of the holidays, with its gift buying, cards, get-together, etc. Having lost my parents and moved to a different state, my wife and I now enjoy slower rhythms. It definitely beats the hustle bustle!
