It’s easy to think about humility as a defeated posture. Slumping shoulders. Face turned to the ground. Spine softened. To have humility seems like we need to keep quiet and blend in with everyone else. To not cause a stir. But this is not humility. I’ve been there, but I’m not sure what it is. (Depression?)
Jonas, I see the description you gave at the beginning as that of a sense of worthlessness. I have recently received insights regarding humility that negate extreme self pride at the ego level but great pride of Self worth at the soul level... from the flaws and foibles of the human personality to the aspects of divinity as the soul that is our true being... Perhaps just a little different view, but not negating yours!
